Established in 1992

Thanks for your interest in our company! Mom and I started The Hang Up in 1992 – a dear friend offered to be our supplier and show us the ropes and we hit the ground running. We practiced on many innocent customers, but we always went the extra mile to get the job done and make sure our clients were happy. Since then, we have been in thousands of homes. We have designed and installed millions of dollars worth of custom closets, garages, home offices, entertainment centers, craft rooms, wall-beds, etc. We have operated out of both garages and sophisticated manufacturing facilities. We’ve been small. We’ve been big. We’ve been around the block a few times! In fact, we have had a display at every Nevada County Fair and Home and Garden Show for over twenty years.

We are still here and better than ever. We are local – we have lived and operated right here in Nevada County the entire time - and we are now operating on three generations of family members. Call us for a free estimate. We would love to design and install your dream closet!
